1. 敬請預約。Advance reservation is required.

2. 如遲到10分鐘以內，本公司有權縮短當日之服務時間。If you are late by less than 10 minutes, the company reserves the right to shorten the service time accordingly.

3. 如遲到15分鐘以上或缺席，本公司會視作已使用該次服務。If you are late by more than 15 minutes or absent, the appointment will be considered as used.

4. 優惠不得轉讓，不可兌換現金或與其他推廣優惠同時使用。The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

5. 如有任何爭議，PS GROUP 保留一切之最終決定權。In case of any dispute, PS GROUP reserves the right of final decision.

1. 客戶可選擇心儀時間，我們會盡量因應您心儀的日期及時間為您安排服務，請耐心等待我們的客戶服務員致電 / WhatsApp 給您確實時間（所有預約時間均以電話確實為準）。Customers may select their preferred time slot. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time. Please wait patiently for our customer service representative to call or WhatsApp you to confirm the appointment (all confirmed times are based on phone confirmation).

2. 成功預約客戶於服務前將會收到 WhatsApp 訊息或客戶服務員聯絡，進行最後確認程序。若未能完成此程序，我們將會為客戶重新預約。Successfully booked customers will receive a WhatsApp message or call from our customer service team before the service for final confirmation. If confirmation cannot be completed, we will reschedule the appointment.

3. 客戶必須準時出席，如需要更改服務時間，請於 24 小時前致電分店，否則此優惠當作已使用論。Customers must arrive on time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the branch at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the offer will be considered redeemed.
